Slow cooker beef short ribs.Beef ribs with vegetables and Worcestershire sauce cooked in slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 ½ pounds (1.2 kg) boneless beef short ribs
- 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter,melted
- 1 cup (250 g) chopped onion
- 1 cup (250 ml) beef broth
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup 9180 g) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 g) chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- In a big plastic bag
- Heat melted butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned beef ribs and brown on both sides.
- Transfer browned beef ribs to slow cooker.
