Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts covered in a Honey Soy glaze. This five ingredient gluten free recipe is bursting with sweet ‘n savory flavor and makes the perfect healthy side dish!
Ingredients
- 3 cups of halved brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (or tamari if gluten free)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of cracked pepper
- sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
- Place parchment paper on a baking sheet, set aside.
- In a large bowl add brussels sprouts, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic and pepper. Stir to coat all brussels sprouts.
