This delicious blueberry muffin smoothie is the perfect way to start your day! A healthy on-the-go breakfast that tastes just like your favorite bakery treat!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk or Almond Milk
- 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt or Greek Yogurt, frozen
- 2 1/2 cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- Large Handful of Ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
