Crunchy Tofu Sticks

Mozzarella sticks? Marinara sauce? Nope! Crunchy tofu sticks.

- 1 package (about 14 To 16 Oz. Size) Extra-firm Tofu, Pressed
- ¼ cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 dash Sriracha Or Sambal Oelek
- ½ cups Panko
- Chopped Scallions For Garnish
Preparation
- After making sure tofu is drained, slice it into the size of pieces you would like to eat. The smaller the pieces, the crunchier they will be in the oven.
- Stick tofu into a marinade of soy sauce, ground ginger, garlic, and sriracha/sambal oelek. Marinate for about 30 minutes (you can leave it overnight).
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Once you have marinated tofu to your taste, pour panko into another Ziploc bag. Transfer tofu into the bag and shake until it is covered.
