Cauliflower Chickpea Patties

Edit
Like many people in the new year, I had high hopes to start it out right. I was motivated to lighten up my diet, which for the last few months had consisted of cookies, cookies, cocktails, and more cookies. I ended the new year with a big shopping trip filled with fresh veggies, finished off the last of the cookies, and enjoyed my News Years Eve with cocktails and friends! Well, I woke up the next morning with I thought was a hangover, but was in fact a cold/flu thing! Yuck!! SO I spent the first few days of the new year stuck to my couch with a box of Kleenex, and my faithful caretaker Netflix.
