Ingredients
For the pancakes:
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons red food coloring
- 4 Tablespoons butter melted
For the cream cheese frosting:
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoons whole milk
Instructions
For the pancakes:
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium sized bowl.
- Combine the eggs, milk, buttermilk, vanilla, vinegar, and red food color in a large measuring cup. Whisk to combine.
