A healthy chicken salad recipe is a great way to make a lunch for yourself one day, and spread it out throughout the whole week. With flavorful chicken, grapes, celery, and nuts, you are sure to enjoy this, or share it at your next girlfriend lunch!
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup halved purple grapes
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp garlic seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions
- Chop, mix, and eat! Enough for several days, double for more.
